Workplace Wellness Corporate 4-Miler Event

Event: Thursday, June 17 – 7 p.m. at the Innsbrook Office Park
Connects Federal Credit Union Corporate 4-Miler

Corporate 4-Miler Workplace Wellness Event Health and FitnessIt was one of Richmond’s biggest office parties! And, a great 4-mile run. Thanks to everyone who participated. I enjoyed organizing the event for our office and thoroughly enjoyed participating.

The first-ever Connects Federal Credit Union Corporate 4-miler through Innsbrook Office Park was a perfect opportunity for employers to promote the message of employee health and wellness. The event allowed co-workers to bond after business hours in a fun, healthy atmosphere. And, after the run the entire Innsbrook Office Park was transformed into a big office party. The event allowed everyone to “participate” in a wellness event while networking with employees from other companies in and around Richmond.

The Corporate 4-miler truly did allow employers to showcase their commitment to fitness in the workplace. Here’s a video from the sponsor, Sportsbackers:

And here are a few photos from my office, AWC:
